Purpose
This procedure establishes the comprehensive process for ensuring AI literacy across the organization in compliance with EU AI Act Article 4. The procedure defines how to assess training needs, develop tailored training programs, deliver effective training, assess competency, and maintain training records to ensure all staff and persons dealing with AI systems have appropriate technical knowledge, experience, education, and understanding. **Key Objectives:** - Ensure all personnel have sufficient AI literacy appropriate to their role - Establish a structured, measurable approach to AI training and competency - Comply with EU AI Act Article 4 requirements - Create a culture of responsible AI understanding throughout the organization - Enable informed decision-making about AI system deployment and use

- All providers and deployers of AI systems under the EU AI Act
- All employees who develop, deploy, operate, or interact with AI systems
- All contractors, consultants, and service providers dealing with AI systems on behalf of the organization
- All AI systems regardless of risk classification (Article 4 applies to ALL systems)
